How to Export
- Go to the Export page
- Select what data to include
- Choose your format
- Click Export
- Download the file
Large exports may take a few moments to generate.

Our upcoming self-hosted monitor uses the same data format as our hosted service. This means:

- Switch between options seamlessly
- No data conversion needed

While we maintain our own backups, you can:
- Export periodically for your own records
- Automate exports via API (coming soon)
- Keep a local archive
